1. Licensing

• Developer License ($299): For individual use, unlimited projects
• Team License ($599): For teams (up to 5 developers), unlimited projects

Each purchase includes:

• Full source code access
• Lifetime updates
• Email support

2. Usage Rules

• You may use and customize the code for personal or client projects.
• You may not redistribute the boilerplate or resell it as a SaaS kit or template.
• You may not sublicense or share credentials.

3. IP Ownership

All rights to the source code, assets, and branding remain the intellectual property of BIZSOL Technologies LLC. Licenses are non-transferable.

4. Purchase Process

All payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Your invoice, billing, and any applicable VAT are managed directly through Paddle.
